12 visits at discounted rate due to purchasing ahead of time. All care plans (and therefore packages and memberships) are customized to your needs, which is determined after the initial evaluation. Each package will come with: · In- home evaluation/ re-evaluation of space/ environment to determine how to functionally tailor your body’s mechanics to your specific situation · 24/7* texting access to Dr. Kris for questions/ concerns · Collaboration with other medical providers for your care · Any tools or equipment required for your care o Examples: dilators, wands, suction cups, braces, lube, LAX balls, etc.. (MSRP: $330) If you reach your goals prior to the completion of all visits paid for in package, visits will be rolled over into wellness checks at your choice of 1 month/ 3months/ 6 months out.
